Here is my raw food recipe. 1 pound ground range free Organic Turkey meat. 1 Taurine capsule 1 Vitamin A tablet 1 Vitamin D capsule 1 cup spring water 1 raw egg yolk (use eggs from free-range, antibiotic-free chickens if you can) 1 capsule raw glandular supplement (“Raw Multiple Glandular” from Premier Labs) Salmon oil capsule (wild caught) Vitamin B complex 400 IU Vitamin E (“dry E”) ¼ teaspoon of kelp and 1/4 teaspoon of dulse (1/2 teaspoon total) 1 teaspoon psyllium husk powder 1 tablespoon butter ½ packet Knox unflavored gelatin Use a needle to pierce or small scissors to open the salmon oil capsules We have cut up chicken thighs on the side.
